A screwdriver’s papyrus

Once upon a time was a screwdriver. That screwdriver had magical powers, thoughts and a pair of wonderful brown eyes. Her birth took place in a heavenly town called Bricoshire. Everybody voted : Amazing stuff! “Can’t repair” are some words, that when used, insulted the mighty tool. She never can be broked or covered with rust. When being in the hand of her inventor, the job is done perfectly. She likes to be called Onix. It’s a little robotic name, but her true qualities are unbearable. Despite a simple appearance, Onix did very complexe stuff for their masters during her living. She just passed the teen age and is directed to more serious work from now on. During her 19 years and ten months of life, she enchanted the world in a big percentage. But, as usual, everytime it’s all about perfection. She didn’t reached that. She always wanted, but, as time passed, harder and harder jobs were appointed to for her. Happiness it was just a false feeling. She loved a fellow screwdriver, but he left her. Now fear and loath face her sourish soul.
One day, her nowadays master had a difficult job in the capital of her native country. As being on the road to the missing knowledge land, she didn’t knew that the thing she would be involved into, will reach an end just in almost five years. First year of demonic work is filled with sleepless nights and dissappointment, with no juice worth to squeeze yet. Onix cried day’n’night with iron tears and she swote the plastic of her handle to the boiling point of thaicardic myoclonic jerks. She developed a negative habit : repairing smoking bolts in her day to day living. This kind of job cand damage the interior steel handle covered with solid plastic.
But something lovely has happened. A legendary rock band, Djujilica, wanted Onix as their image. Onix became a trade mark and was instantly linked to Djujilica. Where Onix was, Djujilica followed her steps and viceversa. This link changed a little bit the life of the cute screwdriver. But all is just dust in the wind, as Djujilica didn’t had the guts to propose Onix a new colaboration contract based on more time spent through the concerts or no man’s land future tourneys.
The true battle has just began, as neither Onix, nor Djujilica, don’t prefere being apart. Oh, that’s exclusively the narrator opinion, because only the characters are prone to decisions.
(to be continued – due lack of inspiration… )
